The Arinto’s zesty acidity beautifully balances the white fruit with a hint of herbaceous notes, while the Antão Vaz contributes a welcome body and refreshing lift. And the Viosinho, a rarer variety, lends a subtle mineral complexity reminiscent of the Alentejo’s unique terroir – perfect with grilled fish or seafood.
