This Vieira de Sousa Ruby bursts with such a vibrant ruby colour, it practically wants to dance in the glass. The aromas immediately transport you to long notes of red berries and luscious, ripe black cherries – a clear indication of the Trincadeira grape really shining. On the palate, it’s wonderfully round and smooth, with a texture reminiscent of Aragonez, and a lingering finish subtly influenced by the Touriga Nacional. Seriously delicious with a hearty beef roast, or perhaps paired with a good Iberian ham.
