Following a period in 600-litre oak barrels, it developed a lovely weight and elegance, with a distinct lychee note that makes it utterly captivating. A fresh, full-bodied wine with a long, lingering finish – absolutely divine with grilled fish and lemon, or roasted chicken infused with aromatic herbs.
