The white Tempranillo variety emerged years ago as a natural genetic mutation of the red Tempranillo, first discovered in 1988 in the Rioja town of Murillo del Río Leza. Now officially authorised by the D.O.C., it produces white wines such as this one from Viña Pomal, sourced from the vineyards of Haro. Vibrant, mineral, and produced in very limited quantities.
