Description

This Arinto, blended with Antão Vaz and Roupeiro from Herdade do Esporão, clearly enjoyed a little spa treatment before hitting the bottle. Fermented with a ‘selective’ yeast – presumably quite well-behaved – in stainless steel, it’s a careful preservation of that lovely Alentejo terroir. The result is a wine of elegant character, hinting at fascinating stories from the vines themselves. Wonderful with grilled fish or a salad packed with nuts.
