This vineyard, clearly unafraid, has blended Aragonez and Touriga Nacional to produce a rosé that’s sure to surprise. Expect an intensely coloured wine, brimming with the vibrant aromas of these two key grape varieties, alongside a delightful hint of red fruit – a true reflection of the Alentejo’s character. Absolutely brilliant with grilled fish or a salt-crusted salmon.
