This wine, hailing from the heart of the Alentejo, certainly delivers on the promise of its Antão Vaz grapes. A touch of Arinto brings a surprisingly refreshing element, while the Roupeiro adds notes of red fruits and a hint of spice – a true classic of the region. Expect a medium-bodied wine with well-integrated tannins, evocative of the sandy hillsides where it’s grown. Wonderful with a hearty pork roast, or perhaps alongside a rich black bean stew.
