The Vinha Paz wines, named after the producer’s mother, come from the demarcated Dão region. The estate spans roughly 10.5 ha of vineyards, 7.5 ha of which are old‑vine plots. António Canto Moniz makes the wines from grapes grown in the Leira da Tremoa area, using the traditional foot‑treading method; after vinification and maturation, they are bottled in the Casa da Carreira Alta cellars in Oliveira de Barreiros.
