One of the Douro's most celebrated estates, Quinta do Crasto sits on a south-facing schist amphitheatre above the Douro river in Sabrosa, with breathtaking views over the gorge from its iconic infinity pool. The Roquette family has owned the property since 1981 and built a portfolio that includes some of the region's most coveted single-vineyard bottlings — Vinha Maria Teresa and Vinha da Ponte, both from pre-phylloxera field-blend vineyards over a century old. The visitor experience combines a working winery tour, vertical tastings of the great Reservas and Vintage Ports, and seasonal harmonised lunches on the panoramic terrace.
