Astral L'Ancestral De Planetes Espumante

Descrição

Born in the Les Planetes enclave in Porrera, this singular rosé sparkling wine comes from a vineyard farmed according to the purest principles of biodynamic agriculture, on licorella soils. Made by the ancestral method from an original parcel of Garnacha and Cariñena, the must completes its fermentation in the bottle itself, with no added sugar or foreign yeasts. Its patient ageing in wooden racks, without disgorgement, gives it great mineral delicacy and elegance, making it ideal for sharing in a relaxed gathering at sunset.
