Caiado In the shadow of the days and the light of the nights, the Alentejo caiado paints the imagination and sketches the path of all dreams. With the colors that sprout from the earth, this is the wine to brush moments and drink with the heart. An Alentejo red, fresh and versatile, that proves to be a great companion for a wide variety of dishes. Light meals, snacks, cheese and charcuterie boards, or even barbecue meats, will certainly be an excellent choice. Vinification: The harvest was hand‑picked for 20‑kg barrels followed by a selection of bunches and clusters in the cellar. The grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed, then fermented in stainless‑steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 25 °C. Enology: Rui Reguinga and Carlos Rodrigues Filtered wine, not subjected to aging. Allergen information Contains sulfites. SKU: 106774
