The National Cellar stores all wines at the proper temperature and humidity, but always preserves the visual character that comes with age. We select brands and regions that typically reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we remind you that wine is a living organism; even inside a bottle, its aromas evolve over time. For this reason, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine breathe first, which helps release its natural aromas after many years of closure.
