This Provençal rosé seems to have had a bit of an identity crisis before finding its feet in the bottle. Thankfully, the grapes didn’t let it get away with anything – the resulting juice underwent a remarkably restrained, low-temperature youth, before bravely venturing into stainless steel aging. A deceptively simple wine that hints at a surprisingly nuanced character; perfect with a smoked salmon or a vibrant berry salad, really.
