Built on a foundation of Viosinho and Gouveio, it’s underpinned by remarkable minerality, expertly balanced by a vibrant Sousão. The Touriga Franca contributes delicate floral notes, while the Touriga Nacional delivers the region’s celebrated, intensely flavoured character. Absolutely perfect with a slow-roasted kid – it’ll really sing.
