The Serrano Mira family has been linked to producing quality wines for countless generations. On their estates, clay vessels dated 1667 have been preserved—originally used as containers for winemaking. The great‑grandfather on the current owners’ maternal side was one of the three founders and the first president of the Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of the most promising cooperatives in Alentejo. The Mira brothers have followed the family wine business from a very early age and, over time, have absorbed essential experiences that shaped the Herdade das Servas project. Herdade das Servas is the cradle of wines that reflect the history of a demarcated region, deeply affirming its own character and quality.
