Fresh and expressive, Herdade do Perú white is made from hand‑picked grapes, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on “sûr‑lies” until bottling. It displays a greenish straw colour, with intense aromas of yellow stone fruit and a floral finish. On the palate it shines with freshness, good body, and a long, balanced finish. The wines of Herdade do Perú emerge from a unique terroir shaped by the Arrábida range and rich, homogeneous soils.
