You’ll initially detect bright citrus notes, reminiscent of wet stone, followed by the lusciousness of ripe white stonefruit – specifically pear, of course – in a balance that’s almost unsettlingly perfect. Coming from the esteemed José Mota estate, this wine is both serious and remarkably light, finishing with a long, lingering grace that makes you desperately crave another sip.
