Lima Mayer Vinho Regional Alentejano. “Subsídio” is a contribution. It was born with this spirit — intended to accompany good meals and good moments. Unlike most subsidies, this one has no cuts or reductions. Produced from the varieties Aragonez, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, and Cabernet Sauvignon, it is a young, balanced, and approachable red that expresses the character of the region and the varieties used. Harvest: Manual, with careful selection at the sorting table. Vinification: Fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks at 25 °C, with two weeks of maceration.
