This Noia feels like it’s sprung straight from a dream – a truly considered project built around Sangiovese, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet, as a visionary would conceive it. The team have clearly worked with surgical precision, intensifying the tannins of the Sangiovese while balancing them with the freshness of the Touriga Franca, all enveloped in a comforting blanket of dark chocolate, mint and spices courtesy of the Alicante Bouschet. A wine with a soul, undoubtedly, and one that pairs beautifully with a hearty beef roast.
