Serendipia Chardonnay Branco

Serendipia belongs to the premium range of the Aldeya collection from Pago de Aylés. Aldeya is an ancient Arabic term meaning “the village.” The earliest references to the original “Aldeya de Aylés” date from the 12th century, when this settlement was reconquered by the Christians under Afonso I, “the Fighter.” This white wine, paying homage to that ancient local name, is made entirely from Chardonnay and spent six months ageing in French Allier oak barrels.
