The barrel aging in France has imparted a delightful explosion of spices, with hints of vanilla and toast, creating a truly complex and captivating flavour profile. On the palate, the fruit expresses itself beautifully, with a remarkable persistence that practically begs you to linger over it. I’d recommend pairing this with some perfectly grilled beef – it’s a match made in wine heaven!
