Van Zellers & Co Field blend of over 30 different red grape varieties from the Douro, sourced from old vines throughout the region. The Van Zellers & Co. 15 Gerações Douro Tinto captures the diverse terroirs that have shaped the finest Port and Douro wines for centuries. All grapes are foot‑crushed in traditional granite vats for 24 hours, then fermented in 5,000‑kg stainless‑steel tanks for 8–12 days. After destemming and pressing, the wine ages in new 225‑litre French oak barrels (one to two years) until the bottling date indicated on the label. It is expected to develop beautifully in bottle for many years. Bottling date: 2018.
