This Vinhas do Lasso is a truly soulful wine from the Lisboa region – a robust "Garrafeira" (aged wine) that pays homage to the region’s traditional grape varieties: Aragonês, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Miúda and Alfrocheiro. The winemaking, featuring native yeasts and a three-week maceration, ensures maximum extraction of aromas and flavour. Nine months ageing in French oak barrels further refines the complexity, lending firm tannins and a remarkably persistent finish. It’s a particularly elegant partner for a perfectly grilled steak.
