The Quinta do Vesuvio estate dates back to the 19th century and has been owned by the Symington family since 1989. A magnificent property in the Douro region, it covers about 326 hectares, of which 133 are planted with vines. The contrast between the estate’s plots gives the wines unparalleled structure, complexity and ageing potential, while preserving traditional winemaking methods that make Quinta do Vesuvio the only estate still actively producing its wines on this basis.
