The deep ruby colour, flecked with garnet hues, hints at ripe fruit that’s perhaps a touch past its prime, yet showcases the Touriga Nacional’s characteristic refinement. Expect aromatic spices intertwined with a balsamic note, a truly evocative combination, and a palate of velvety tannins that deliver a wonderfully balanced finish. Seriously, this would pair beautifully with grilled beef, or even better, a good, aged cheese.
