This Douro wine boasts a wonderfully robust character, thanks to the Fernão Pires grape. It’s a burst of freshness, with bright citrus notes – think Sicilian lemon – layered over a delicate floral aroma that speaks of those high-altitude vineyards. On the palate, the vibrant acidity and fresh fruit, courtesy of the Malvasia Fina, really shine through. Absolutely lovely with grilled fish or a refreshing fruit salad.
