Mayor Winery Harvest Between August and September Production 6,700 bottles of 75 cL Enology Rui Reguinga and Carlos Rodrigues Vinification This wine originates from a single old vineyard plot, composed of a mix of white and red grape varieties. The entire plot was hand‑harvested in one go, for 20 kg boxes. In the cellar, bunches were selected: 50 % were destemmed and lightly crushed, while the remaining 50 % entered fermentation intact. The must, in contact with skins and stems, fermented in a stainless‑steel tank at a controlled temperature (24 °C / 26 °C). Allergen information Contains sulfites. SKU: 106800
