Aguja del Fraile is born amidst the granite landscapes of Cadalso de los Vidrios, in the heart of the Gredos Mountains, one of the places where Madrid’s most important heritage of old vines is preserved and restored, thanks to projects such as 4monos. Made from pomace and through a winemaking process that seeks to extract, at every moment, the purest essence of the grape, it is a translucent red wine with a tasty, smooth, and vibrant palate. Ideal for pairing with white meats, mushrooms, or goat cheeses.
