Fermented at controlled temperatures of 15-16°C in stainless steel tanks, it promises an elegant and fresh wine, showcasing the good character of Touriga Nacional and the persistent notes of Trincadeira. It’s a lovely accompaniment to grilled fish or a simple tomato and basil salad – though, if you’re feeling adventurous, let it develop a little more personality!”
