The Herdade das Aldeias de Juromenha winery is situated 15 km from the city of Elvas, right in the heart of Alentejo. Founded in 1998 in an area steeped in winemaking tradition, the first vines were planted with the varieties Trincadeira, Aragonês, Antão Vaz, Alicante, Verdelho and later Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Today the estate spans 70 hectares of vineyards, enabling the expansion of its portfolio and bringing new reference wines to the market. (illustrative image)
