AZAMOR Selected Vines 2014 is a specially crafted batch of “premium” grapes from the Azamor vineyard. The grape varieties were vinified separately in 10‑ton stainless‑steel tanks for ten days, at temperatures between 22 °C and 24 °C, with skin contact before pressing, and then underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for 12 months in our cellar, with 15 % of the barrels being French oak, 15 % American oak, and the remainder in stainless‑steel tanks. It was bottled in September 2018 after the lot was sealed in January 2018.
