This Badoxa Tawny is a real treat for the senses – boasting a gorgeous amber hue that certainly delivers. The nose reveals the generosity of Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional, with a wonderfully decadent note of dried fruits, a signature of the Douro’s terroir. On the palate, it’s unbelievably velvety, thanks to the contribution of Touriga Francesa and Aragonez, achieving a remarkably balanced finish. Wonderful with aged cheeses or a good Iberian ham, if you ask me.
