This Bojador is a rosé that genuinely feels like it sprung from a dreamy Alentejo sunset. The meticulous hand-picking – aided by those hefty 12kg crates – combined with a notably cool maceration, delivers a lovely mineral edge that plays beautifully against the juicy red fruit. Fermented at a restrained 14°C, it retains a vibrant freshness and boasts impressive longevity. As Robert Parker noted, a well-deserved 88 points, and ideally paired with a perfectly grilled fish or some shellfish.
