Carmen is a wine crafted with dedication, as it is dedicated to Benjamin Romeo's mother. When building the new cellar, Benjamin felt it was the right time to produce a distinct wine, blending modernity and tradition without abandoning the quality standards of the great mid‑20th‑century Rioja wines. This red is a different concept from all previous wines made at Bodega Contador. With it, the aim is to return to the roots of Rioja red winemaking, yet with a personal touch. Subtle, flavorful, long‑bodied, and consistent.
