Casa Amarela The wine production at Quinta da Casa Amarela follows a meticulous process that places quality at the forefront. After careful selection, the grapes are vinified in granite vats with a traditional foot‑treading method. Once fermentation begins, an intensive maceration takes place to extract as much from the grape skins as possible. The vats are equipped with cooling systems so that fermentation proceeds with precise temperature control. **Vinification** - Touriga Nacional 20% - Touriga Franca 20% - Tinta Barroca 40% - Tinta Amarela 20% Total destemming is followed by foot‑treading in granite vats. Alcoholic fermentation lasts six days with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless‑steel tanks. From the final batch, 20% is aged in used French oak barrels for six months. **Allergen Information** Contains sulfites. SKU: 104523
