On the Las Gravas plot, set on the slopes of the mountain overlooking the estate, the main variety cultivated is Monastrell, alongside Garnacha. The wine strives for a distinctly Mediterranean style. It is also the most mineral of all the estate’s wines, and Garnacha’s contribution lends it freshness and fluidity, allowing the region’s power and concentration to recede.
