This Casa de Mouraz Bio is quite a revelation, isn’t it? A rosé that, scoring 16 points with *Revista de Vinhos*, seems to have deliberately avoided the expected path. The intensity of the red berries is truly remarkable, almost a manifesto – and, of course, thanks to the Baga and Trincadeira, it boasts an unexpectedly deep character. It's a dry, full-bodied wine with an acidity that’s surprisingly assertive, and would pair wonderfully with a perfectly grilled fish or roast chicken infused with fragrant herbs.
