This Cavalo Negro, born from the oldest vines along the Tejo, certainly delivers an experience. That deep ruby colour hints at a powerful burst of wild berries, with a dark chocolate note – a deliciously intense echo, no doubt thanks to the Tinta Roriz and Aragonez grapes. It’s a robust wine, beautifully balanced, and lingers on the palate. Seriously, it’s a fantastic match for grilled beef with a little spice.
