The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, yet it always preserves the visual appearance characteristic of each bottle’s age. We select brands and regions that, by convention, display distinct traits in tastings of vintage wines. However, we remind you that wine is a living organism exposed to time; even sealed in a bottle, its aromas evolve in various ways. Thus the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an aged wine. We recommend opening the bottle and letting the wine breathe beforehand—it will help release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
