Harvested under the cover of darkness by hand, with a level of reverence for the Alentejo terroir and the Alicante Bouschet, Roupeiro, and Rabo de Ovelha grapes, it presents with a vibrant citrine colour and a wonderfully rich texture, beautifully balanced by a lovely acidity alongside creamy notes and a smooth finish.
