This "Chapeleiro" – a delightful blend of Loureiro and Arinto – is frankly, a bit of a showstopper. You get a real sense of tropical fruit dancing playfully alongside a distinctly mineral character, a nod to the underlying schist soils where it’s grown. Highly praised by the Grande Escolha (16.5 points), it’s brilliantly refreshing and lingers beautifully. Seriously, it pairs exceptionally well with a simple cucumber and yogurt salad, or a grilled fish with lemon – a surprisingly sophisticated combination, really.
