Vinification: The wine is made from grapes grown in the Château Angélus vineyard. The soils are clay‑limestone. The grapes receive the same meticulous care as those used for the renowned Château Angélus—green harvesting, etc.—and the harvest is 100 % manual. Fermentation takes place in the same stainless‑steel, concrete and wooden tanks, while the wine matures in barrels that were used for the previous vintage of Angélus.
