A blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from selected vineyards near the Bekaa Valley, a fertile depression in eastern Lebanon with average annual temperatures of 25 ºC. This is the winery's second wine. After maceration in cement tanks to preserve its fruity character, it is aged for six months in French oak barrels. The result is an elegant, well-balanced wine, with notes of red berries, plums and sloes on the nose.
