After a gentle maceration and some time ageing “vinomatics” at a temperature a kitten would adore, it unfolds with notes of tropical fruit and a whisper of spice. The acidity is perfectly balanced against a luxuriously smooth body, and the tannins are so delicate they practically whisper on the palate. Apparently, it’s garnered 92 points in Decanter, hinting at a shrewdly considered approach – truly delightful with grilled fish, wouldn’t you agree?
