Conde Vimioso Regional Tejo Wine. A concentrated bouquet of aromas, perfumes, and balance for all occasions, born from the combination of native and foreign grape varieties—a blend that creates enriching experiences grounded in the character of the territory and the winemaker’s experience, closely tied to innovation and ambition. Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature (25 °C) in stainless‑steel vats. Aging: Six months in oak barrels. Pairs wonderfully with game dishes, red meats, and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
