This D.Graça is a truly robust Douro wine, seemingly carved from stone itself. The winemaking, utilising granite tines – a clear nod to tradition – delivers a wine with a wonderfully textured and intensely personal character. Following a presumably successful malolactic fermentation, it’s matured gracefully in oak, showcasing the wisdom of a seasoned vigneron. Expect a delicious pairing with black pork dishes.
