Winemakers Rui, Carlos and Bruno carefully selected the grapes, with a particular focus on Touriga Nacional – essential for that vibrant acidity. The juice, gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel at 15°C, resulting in a fresh, fruity wine, ideal for grilled fish or a summer salad. A true gem from the Alentejo!
