At this winery, they have been pioneers in biological and biodynamic cultivation in the region since the 1990s. Their philosophy breaks all traditional conventions by conceiving this wine as a sublime blend of different harvests. Instead of limiting the wine to a single climatic year, the winery combines wines from various vintages that rested patiently in oak. The result is a Chardonnay of stratospheric complexity, deep, slightly oxidised, and overflowing with mineral energy.
