This Dão blend of Encruzado and Malvasia Fina, with a touch of Cerceal, bursts onto the palate with a bright citrus intensity – think zesty lemons – layered with a complexity that truly evokes the scent of orchards and rosemary. The elegant oak ageing – a beautiful tribute to the Dão’s distinctive terroir – adds notes of toasted hazelnuts, while the pronounced minerality provides a taut structure and a lingering finish, begging for another sip.
