Crafted on granite slopes in Silgueiros with incredible sun exposure, it's a wine built on a foundation of Jaen, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro. The meticulous temperature control ensures the dark fruit and herbal notes of the Jaen express themselves with a delightful freshness, alongside tannins so refined you barely notice them. A lingering finish – a reminder that sometimes, elegant simplicity is the secret to true greatness, and frankly, it’s perfect with a hearty roast.
